Carminative Tea Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups water
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon coriander seeds
2-3 green cardamom pods (slightly crushed)
1 small cinnamon stick (optional, for added warmth)
1 slice of fresh ginger (optional, for extra digestion support)
A pinch of ajwain (carom seeds) (optional, for strong carminative properties)
Honey or jaggery (optional, for sweetness)
Instructions:
Boil the water: Bring 2 cups of water to a rolling boil in a saucepan.
Add the spices: Add fennel seeds, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, and cardamom to the boiling water. If using cinnamon, ginger, or ajwain, add these as well for enhanced benefits.
Simmer gently: Lower the heat and let the tea simmer for 7-10 minutes. This allows the flavors and properties of the spices to infuse thoroughly.
Strain: Remove the saucepan from heat and strain the tea into a mug or teapot.
Sweeten (optional): Stir in honey or jaggery to taste for a touch of natural sweetness.
